General terms:
- In one 4×4 vehicle can travel 2, 3, or 4 adult tourists.
- The package is suitable for small groups of 6 – 20 persons!
- Off Road level of difficulty: Easy-Medium suitable for drivers with small experience in driving 4×4 vehicles or even with no experience in off road. Experience for driving 4×4 vehicles is a plus but not mandatory.
- *The drivers must have at least 21 years old and minimum of 2 years of driving experience with normal cars.

1
Day 1 Bucharest – Diham Cottage – Poiana Marului
We will pick you up from the meeting point in Bucharest and your 4×4 tour begins by driving about 3 hours, north towards Predeal. Start drive off the beaten paths to Diham Cottage passing through amazing landscapes of the Bucegi Mountains. Discover spectacular peaks of “Coltii Morarului”, known as Teeth of Dracula`s and drink a cup of coffee in nature surrounded by impressive mountains views. Afterwards, we drive down towards Rasnov and the 4×4 tour continues to get to Poiana Marului village. After lunch, we will explore off road Poiana Marului area, enjoying breathtaking views over the Bucegi and Piatra Craiului Mountains. Away from the noises of the world, feel the tranquility and calmness around you. The village sceneries are charming and you`ll be fascinated by his fairy tale place. In the evening, arrive at our cozy accommodation, at an altitude of 1100m. We end the day with a delicious Romanian dinner and tasting the traditional local drinks.

Day 2 Poiana Marului – Traditional Villages – Bucharest
In the morning, we leave Poiana Marului, driving about 15 minutes to Zarnesti. Optional, you`ll have a short walking through the Canyon of Zarnesti while breathing the fresh mountain air in the scenery of “Cold Mountain” movie. Then, enjoy a relaxing 4×4 tour driving through the rolling hills of Magura and Pestera traditional villages. Let your eyes rest in the fascinating scenery of the Piatra Craiului and Bucegi Mountains. Here, you will discover the authentic rural life in Romania, a land with rolling hills, remote villages `s roads, traditional wooden houses. Further on, you`ll have the option to visit the famous Bran (Dracula’s) Castle or Simon Hermitaje The 4×4 tour continues through magical landscapes of the Bran Pass and reach the highest traditional village from Romania, Fundatica at an altitude of 1360 m. From the top of the hill, the 4×4 tour continues through Key Valley Canyon where you`ll have the opportunity to enjoy zip line crossing a spectacular landscape. After we drink a cup of coffee close by the river and enjoy the sounds of nature around you, we are ready to drive back to Bucharest .

I went on an off road trip with a group of friends and my husband and had a wonderful day. Marius from 4×4 Tours took us with its very confortable and safe car to see breathtaking landscapes and flower meadows. I loved Poiana Marului the most, with its hundred flowers and butterflies. Marius was kind and stopped with patience everytime I wanted to take photos or see a huge mushroom ? I loved the experience and would try it again also with my child. I totally recommend it both for fun, but also for photography lovers.

Excellent trip with Marius who knows the Romanian countryside inside out. He picked us from the hotel right on time and we traveled towards the mountains where we went off-road to see very unique views of the countryside from above. Then we headed to a charming restaurant Called Flora de Mar and had a delicious lunch (not included in tour). Then we headed to a quiet spot near a stream where we had a small picnic. Marius can also customize a 5 or 7 day itinerary for adventure and nature lovers. I wish we knew this earlier so would book our entire vacation with him. He can arrange for hiking, atv rentals, climbing, canyoning and many more activities. We will make sure we book with him when we visit Romania again.
